Online shopping is a quite new experience for many people. Some say and other think online grocery shopping is luxury and its is only meant to be used by rich people. In fact it seems to be a great help to anyone, saving the time and money of those who try it. Yes, I know, the prices are high and if you add the shipping payment you can say it’s not worth it. What if you start searching for sales? Well, if you do that you might find prices at a level as low as half compared to regular prices.
You can also hunt for manufacturer’s coupons, that is another way to lower the overall costs of your shopping basket. Another way you save money by shopping online is you don’t have to waste gas by driving your car from home to the supermarkets. And of course you save a lot of time, just order and pay when the shipping gets home. In conclusion, though statistics say online shoppers are “high income families”, since online shopping saves money it addresses to everyone, rich or poor. A minus could be that on the internet you can only find about half of the products you can find in a grocery.
Most online grocery shops use attended delivery, but there are also those who offer unattended delivery, in a refrigerated box or in a fridge in the owners garage. The attended delivery can be made in a certain time window, from 30 minutes up to 2 hours.
